Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Boise Metropolitan Area. This role oversees construction projects from planning through completion, including developing schedules, coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager facilitates communication among field teams, office staff, clients, and vendors, and participates in site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking materials and equipment, managing change orders, resolving issues that arise during construction, and preparing regular reports and documentation to support project performance and client satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and familiarity with construction project workflows. Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting capabilities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Candidates should possess inspection skills to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and site operations efficiently. Experience in commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction project environments. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
