What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Review fabrication drawings to plan your sequence.
• Measure and prep with a tape, square, and layout tools.
• Fit and position components, confirm tolerances, and tack up.
• Run consistent welds (MIG, TIG, or Stick) to spec across production.
• Inspect your own work for accuracy and finish quality.
• Follow shop standards and always put safety first.

Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $22/hr with weekly pay

What You Bring

• Previous welding experience (required).
• Confident blueprint-reading skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety practices.
• Ability to pass a hands-on welding skills assessment.

Tools, Gear, and Processes

• Proficiencies: Tape measure reading, welding setups for production, blueprint reading.
• Equipment you’ll use: MIG Welder, TIG Welder, Stick Welder.
• Bring your own welding hood and steel-toe boots. Welding jackets and sleeves are provided.
