365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level Class A drivers based in Boston, MA, for regional routes with weekly home time. This opportunity includes paid training, modern equipment, and steady drop-and-hook dry van freight suitable for drivers with little or no prior driving experience.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly (paid via direct deposit every Friday).
- Paid training: 3–5 week program with hands-on instruction and mentorship from experienced drivers.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off (PTO).
- Equipment & freight: Newer, fully equipped tractors; primarily drop-and-hook dry van freight on regional runs throughout the New England area and neighboring markets.
- Schedule & home time: Weekly home time; regional routes structured to provide regular, predictable time at home.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet U.S. DOT medical and hiring requirements.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
