Back of House Team Member

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our back of house team! Position Overview This role may include line cooking, food prep, and dishwashing responsibilities depending on shift needs. We’re looking for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed. Responsibilities Preparing ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards Cooking and plating menu items during service hours Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assisting with receiving and stocking inventory Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Paid time off Hours of Operation Monday: Closed Tuesday - Friday: 4pm - 10pm (Kitchen closes at 9pm) Saturday: 12pm - 10pm (Kitchen closes at 9pm) Sunday: 12pm - 8pm (Kitchen closes at 7:30pm) #J-18808-Ljbffr ELLISON BREWERY
