The Brand Ambassador is a Part-Time (20+hrs/week), field-based role responsible for delivering brand building and education activity across Revolution Cannabis dispensary partner accounts in the northern Illinois territory. This is an execution-focused role; the Brand Ambassador does not own accounts or generate leads independently. Instead, they bring the Revolution brand to life at the account level through pop-up activations, product education sessions, and event representation. Lead generation and account strategy remain with the Manager of Wholesale Sales and the Field Sales Representative. The Brand Ambassador coordinates with both to identify the accounts and opportunities that activity is built around and executes with professionalism and brand consistency. This role may flex up on weekly hourly commitment should performance and activity volume warrant it. Minimum Education/Experience: Brand Activation and Pop-Ups Execute scheduled brand pop-ups at dispensary partner locations in the northern Illinois territory Set up, manage, and break down brand activation materials - canopy, displays, branded materials - professionally and on schedule Engage dispensary staff and customers during activations to build brand awareness and product affinity Coordinate activation scheduling and preparation with dispensary accounts in advance Product Education Deliver scheduled product education sessions for dispensary partner staff - covering Revolution brand portfolio, strain and product features, benefits, and consumption methods Develop familiarity with Revolution's full product catalog and stay current on new launches and seasonal offerings Tailor education sessions to the knowledge level and needs of each partner's team Events and Sponsorships Represent Revolution Cannabis at approved events and sponsorship activities within the northern territory Maintain a professional and brand-consistent presence at all external events Report on event contacts, account interactions, and activity outcomes following each event Coordination and Administration Collaborate with the Manager of Wholesale Sales and Field Sales Representative to identify accounts and schedule activity Participate in weekly sales team meetings - reporting on activity completed, upcoming schedule, and any account observations Manage and maintain brand activation assets - ensuring materials are in good condition and inventory is tracked Ensure all business-related expenses are reported accurately and on time including mileage, receipts, and expense reports Collect and report market observations - competitor activity, product trends, account feedback - to the wholesale sales #J-18808-Ljbffr Renew Cannabis Co.
