We are known for consistent quality, dependable delivery, and stable operations built on decades of trusted relationships.We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a steady, quality-focused production environment.What You’ll DoSet up and operate CNC mills and/or lathesRead blueprints and job travelers; interpret requirementsPerform setups including tooling, fixtures, and offsetsInspect parts using precision measuring toolsMaintain tight tolerances and consistent qualityTroubleshoot machining and setup issues as neededKeep work area organized and follow safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years CNC machining experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeDependable, punctual and team-oriented.Ability to work independently and take ownership of qualityProgramming experience a plus, but not required.What We Offer65-year stable company with long-term customer baseConsistent, year-round workMonday–Friday schedule — no weekendsCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime available (weekdays only)Health/Dental insurance & Health savings accountsLife InsurancePaid time off/holidays401(k)Why Work Here:This is a stable, established shop.
