Youth Outreach Navigator - Housing, Education & Wellness Support

LifeWorks Austin is seeking an Outreach Navigation Specialist to join our Street Outreach team. The role focuses on community-based outreach and providing supportive services to YYA up to age 24 who are runaways, street-dependent, or homeless. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, advocate, connect to housing, education, employment and wellness resources, and support day-to-day operations at the Youth Resource Center, including workshops to build life skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifeworks-Austin
