As a Customer Service Manager with Phillip Pool State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Pivot to policies and fill gaps in insurance
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.
