Academic Pediatric Division Director of Genetics (NTT)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic physician leader to serve as Division Director of Genetics. This individual will provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Genetics in the department of Pediatrics. The Division Director will be responsible for advancing excellence in patient care, education, research, and faculty development while aligning with the broader mission of the institution. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within the pediatric neurology clinic to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices Maintain an active clinical presence in genetics Faculty & Staff Leadership Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate genetic faculty and staff Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management Operational & Financial Management Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators) Benefits Multidisciplinary team approach Access to 30 pediatric sub-specialties Participate as member of pediatric leadership team Competitive salary, and benefits including family tuition discounts, and an 8% retirement match Minimum Qualifications
