Warehouse Associate Forklift

Our client, a leading distribution center in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1st Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate 1st Shift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure timely shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklift or reach truck equipment
• Assist in facility housekeeping and maintain cleanliness following safety standards
• Stage materials and prepare documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in team and safety meetings to promote a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of warehousing experience, including cherry picker and reach forklift operation
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 10-50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and overtime when required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
