Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - Tualatin, OR

Mission of the Role (What you will be doing):As an integral team member, you will lead our continuous improvement initiatives and embed lean principles across our operations. In this role, you will drive process optimization, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills and has a proven track record in implementing lean methodologies to achieve measurable results.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesImplement and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices across multiple facilitiesServe as the primary CI leader for Tualatin, OR and Mukilteo, WA, with support to additional Oregon locations as neededPartner with plant managers and operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiativesTrain and coach employees, supervisors, and managers on lean principles and toolsLead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops across sitesApply methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Six SigmaStandardize processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performanceAnalyze KPIs and operational data to measure impact and ROI of initiativesCollaborate with safety, quality, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company standardsPresent progress updates, results, and recommendations to regional and senior leadershipEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experienceLean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) strongly preferredExperience & Skills5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence rolesDemonstrated success implementing measurable improvements in manufacturing or distribution environmentsStrong knowledge of lean tools including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, and Six SigmaProven ability to influence and engage teams at all organizational levelsExperience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and Kaizen eventsStrong analytical, facilitation, and project management skillsProficiency with process mapping or visualization tools such as Visio is a plusFamiliarity with Amtech software is a plusExperience in packaging, corrugated, or similar manufacturing environments preferredThe final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
