HVAC Technician

About the Position Position: HVAC Service Technician at Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and related systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide field service solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service while working on site. Qualifications Experience as an HVAC technician, including maintenance and repair. Strong troubleshooting and field‑service skills. Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Prior experience with HVAC systems preferred; relevant certifications and licenses beneficial. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
