Apply today!**About the role**As a Back Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld's industrial disposal process.**Position Responsibilities:*** Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools* Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures* Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures* Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks* Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams* Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations**Position Requirements & Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred* Reworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED.* Valid driver’s license* Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment* Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule**Shift:*** Rotating shifts, days and nights.**Physical Demands of the Role:*** Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb* Ability to lift/carry 50lbs* Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces* Qualify to wear a full-face respirator* Consistently work in various weather conditions**Total Rewards & Compensation:*** Health Care Benefits - start 1st day of employment* Wellness Program Incentives & Rewards* 401k - match up to 7%* Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holiday)* Paid Parental Leave* Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Benefits* Tuition Reimbursement* Employee Referral Bonus**What Reworld Offers You:*** Health Care Benefits - start first day of employment.* Wellness Program Incentives & Rewards* 401k.* Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holiday)* Paid Parental Leave* Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Benefits* Tuition Reimbursement* Employee Referral BonusAll Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.Please note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.**Pay Transparency** Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages.
