Assembly Technician – Level IPROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the area.Pay Rate: $17.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-4:30 PMOvertime: Saturday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, based on production needsAssembly Technician SummaryAssemble, terminate, and test electrical and optical connector assemblies.Work from engineering drawings, procedures, and work instructions to produce high-quality products.Utilize hand tools, testing equipment, soldering techniques, and assembly processes in a manufacturing environment.Maintain production documentation while supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.Assembly Technician ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electrical and optical connectors, cable assemblies, and related components.Interpret engineering drawings, procedures, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks.Perform cable termination, soldering, and over-molding operations according to company and industry standards.Use electrical and optical test equipment to verify product performance and quality.Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and traceability requirements.RequirementsAbility to follow established work instructions and procedures.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation.Experience with soldering, cable assembly, or manufacturing environments is a plus.Ability to work with chemicals such as flux, epoxy, and cleaning solutions while following SDS requirements.Why PROMAN Staffing?Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffDirect Deposit ProgramsReferral Bonus ProgramWeekly PayInsurance and 401(k) ProgramPROMAN Staffing's goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
