Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for Missouri SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered
• Previous experience in school settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Dedication to supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals and families
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support student goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate therapy into academic environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and ongoing professional development
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs
