Outside Sales Representative

Location: Bend, Oregon
Pay: $26.44 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

The Outside Sales Representative serves as the primary driver of new residential revenue. You’ll engage directly with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach, educate them on available fiber-internet services, and help match them with the right solution for their household.

• Generate new residential customers through door-to-door prospecting and assigned leads.

• Communicate the value of fiber-optic internet services and guide customers toward the best plan for their needs.

• Maintain a strong understanding of all product offerings, promotions, and service features.

• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to support local campaigns and market launches.

• Track sales activity accurately to support performance reporting and KPI analysis.

• Participate in community events, outreach efforts, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities to support shared goals.

• Complete all administrative tasks related to sales in accordance with company policies.

• Safety & Security: Maintains awareness and follows safety guidelines in outdoor environments.

• Quality of Work: Demonstrates accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Results Orientation: Works proactively to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Sales experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

• Self-motivated, positive, and customer-focused.

• Approximately 90% of work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Minimal time spent in an office environment.

• Full-time schedule: Tuesday through Saturday .

• On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$110,000 annually

  • $55,000 base salary

  • $45,000–$55,000 in commissions and bonuses
