Position Overview: This is a hands-on Fp&A role supporting the CFO and operations leaders, responsible for key planning, analysis, and modeling efforts in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments. Prepare Monthly Operating Reports and perform detailed variance analysis. Provide ad hoc reporting and data support to CFO and field operations. Build and maintain business development and pro forma M&A models. Extract data from payroll and operational systems to support analysis. Deliver clear, data-driven insights using Excel and PowerPoint. Manage and mentor 1 direct report.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst, ideally in a PE-backed company. Proven ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets in Excel. Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint for executive-level communication. Comfortable navigating source systems to retrieve financial and operational data. Experience supporting both C-level and field-based operational leaders. Capable of maintaining high performance in a ~60-hour workweek environment.
