Candidates with experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, carpentry, warehouse, mechanical work, installation, or general labor are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist Lead Installers with residential fireplace installations Load, unload, inspect, and transport fireplaces, tools, and installation materials Report to the Indianapolis shop each morning before traveling to customer job sites throughout the Greater Indianapolis area Safely work on ladders, rooftops, and chimneys on a daily basis Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards Complete required job documentation and installation photos Provide professional customer service while working in customers' homes Qualifications Comfortable working at heights (required) Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn Experience using hand and power tools preferred Able to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 125 pounds Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Interested in building a long-term career in the skilled trades Compensation & Benefits $18–$20/hour based on experience Overtime available (many employees average approximately 45 hours per week) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) Career Growth Role This position offers a clear advancement path into a Lead Fireplace Installer role.
