Expeditor

We're looking for a detail-focused Expeditor to coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You'll ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to guests.

Compensation: $17-$30/hr

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.

In addition to your hourly wage, you will be eligible to receive a kitchen team bonus funded by a 4% service charge applied to food sales. This will be distributed among the back-of-house team based on the number of hours worked and will be included in your regular paycheck.

Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to manage order flow
• Check orders for accuracy and presentation before they leave the kitchen
• Prioritize and organize orders to maintain smooth service
• Support the team by troubleshooting issues quickly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area

Qualifications:

A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card) is a bonus
• The ability to legally work in the USA
