Excelcare at Norwood is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

Located at 100 McClellan St, Norwood, NJ 07648

Every other weekend required

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ):

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ):

• Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• A resident-first, team-oriented mindset
