The ideal candidate is a hard working and reliable person with a background in automotive sales.As a sales associate, the candidate will assist customers with purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws. This position has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process.Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Active Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.Honest/Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.This position is paid on individual performance.Pay ranges from $40,000.00 to $88,670.00 annually.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
