Customer Support Technician

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Technician will support customer happiness and retention by managing support tickets, solving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the cannabis industry. Key responsibilities Responding to support tickets and identifying customer issues Relaying advanced customer problems to the customer success and engineering teams with detailed notes Creating knowledge base articles based on common customer inquiries Required qualifications Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations Prior experience in a technical support capacity, handling customer calls directly Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing Experience using technical tools such as SQL and ticketing solutions Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on proposing solutions
