While this position is open to all, we prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in industries such as financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior underwriters in the evaluation and analysis of loan applications. Process and verify loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Maintain and update loan application databases. Perform initial underwriting reviews to identify potential issues. Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide excellent customer service to inbound and outbound communications. Utilize company-built AI tools to optimize performance and enhance speed. Qualifications: College graduate with a degree in a related field; STEM and business majors preferred but not required. 1-2 years of relevant experience in industries such as financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
