Eclipse Auto Spa is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to help support our expanding operation.  This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-growing business.

$15 starting, depending on experience

• Engage with customers warmly and professionally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline customer service processes, enhancing efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all details are logged and accessible for future reference.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless service, supporting our shared goal of customer delight.
• Stay informed about our products and services, offering knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service, contributing ideas to elevate our standards and practices.

• Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience is preferred
• Friendly, positive, and professional with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Dependable professionals who show up on time and are ready to contribute every day
• Focused on efficiency, organization, and providing an exceptional customer experience
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
