The role focuses on implementation: meeting with clients, translating their requirements into workflows and configurations, and guiding each project through go-live and quality assurance. This includes writing user test plans, running the tests, and fixing defects before a client ever sees them. You will help more governments adopt Teller as we grow, working closely with clients and our delivery team. You will report to the Implementation Configuration Lead, with roughly 30% travel to client sites.QualificationsYou are a fast learner who takes ownership of both configuring a solution and proving it works.
