What We Are Seeking Coastal Insurance Group is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven insurance producer who brings both strong technical expertise in Commercial and Personal Lines, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is ideal for someone who: Has built a Commercial & Personal Lines book of business Thrives in less structured, high-growth environments Takes pride in being a trusted advisor to current & prospective clients Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with strong income potential Job Responsibilities Generate new business by identifying prospects and developing client relationships. Drive the end-to-end insurance lifecycle , from discovery and design through placement and ongoing advisory. Complete and submit ACORD applications accurately and thoroughly. Market new business to appropriate insurance carriers based on risk and carrier appetite. Obtain, review and compare carrier quotes to identify suitable coverage options. Present insurance proposals and coverage recommendations to prospective clients. Maintain working knowledge of insurance products, carrier rating systems, and underwriting appetites. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers and internal team members. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client experience and successful policy placement. License: Property & Casualty (ANY State) 2+ years of experience within an independent retailinsurance agency Proven experience in business development in both Commercial and Personal Lines Preferred Skills License: Property & Casualty (FL) Management System: Nexsure Competitive Base + Commission – Years 1-3 include a base salary ($50-65k in Year 1, decreasing as your book grows) plus commissions and performance bonuses. Attractive Commission Splits – Earn commissions on new and renewal business across Commercial, Personal, Life and Health lines with commission earnings beginning Day 1.
