Job Details Location: Naco – 3370 Nacogdoches Rd Ste 116 – San Antonio, TX 78217 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $18.73 – $18.73 hourly Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30PM to 1:30AM Job Category: Admin - Clerical Responsibilities Perform quality reviews of Service Treatment Records (STRs) for separated and/or retired Total Force Members. Ensure all records and loose documents received are accurately entered into the tracking database within prescribed timelines. Conduct thorough research and forward records of active service members to the appropriate location, documenting actions taken to retrieve missing components. Prepare records for scanning by removing staples, making copies of non‑scannable documents, and eliminating erroneously filed records. Meet quota objectives for each phase of the record transition (data entry, verification, research, document preparation, scanning, quality control, disposition, and destruction). Perform quality control of all scanned documents before uploading them to the document repository. Complete certification forms and upload completed records, computer‑generated records, and certification forms to the repository within prescribed timelines. Maintain the tracking database accurately throughout the record transition process. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Use basic computer skills, MS Office Suite, data entry, and computer operation. Ensure proper disposition of all scanned records and destruction of documents. Manage inventory of records and retrieve requested records within required timelines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns positively, professionally, and friendly. Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum 6 months of office/clerical experience using computers. Data entry experience is helpful. Previous experience working with military records is helpful. Basic Microsoft Office skills are required. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. If the position requires driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage and be able to travel as needed for company business.
