Patient Monitoring - Remote Project Manager

Remote project manager responsible for overseeing installation and implementation of patient monitoring solutions for GE HealthCare in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Oklahoma, and Kansas markets. Coordinates between customer and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between GE and customer project teams throughout implementation
• Create and maintain project timelines with accurate milestone tracking for revenue forecasting
• Track and communicate implementation progress including equipment delivery, installation, testing, and clinical go-live
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and operational targets
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years project management experience, or Associate's degree plus 5+ years
• Minimum 2 years leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Effective remote communication and teleconference facilitation skills
• Experience with technical project management in healthcare, construction, or equipment installation
• Willingness to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays
• Current PMP certification or formal project management coursework preferred
