Communications Specialist

We’re partnering with a global organization in the health and wellness space to hire a Communication Strategist for a 5+ month contract opportunity. This role is hybrid in Portland, OR and offers a great opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale communication campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy, project management, and client collaboration in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. What you’ll be doing: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of communication campaigns Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams (creative, technical, and project management) Coordinate multi-channel campaigns tailored to different audiences Track performance metrics and report on campaign results vs. budget Execute digital communications, with a strong focus on email campaigns Maintain high-quality deliverables and strong client relationships What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, advertising, or health communications Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management tools experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred background: Experience in corporate or global wellness programs Background working in a marketing or creative agency Experience supporting national or enterprise-level clients W2 contract with eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO/paid sick time eligibility based on assignment duration and hours worked Opportunity to gain experience with a leading organization in the wellness and health space If you thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy owning campaigns from concept through execution, I’d love to connect! #J-18808-Ljbffr
