Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and equipment.
• Safely operate an excavator, front-end loader and other yard machinery
• Conduct regular inspections of yard equipment and tools for safety compliance.
• Preform torch welding, cutting and basic fabrication or repair tasks
• Manage yard organization ensure efficient yard operations.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in torch welding and basic metal cutting/joining techniques.
• Previous experience in yard maintenance or similar role is a plus.
• Strong focus on safety, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Must possess your own basic hand tools and standard welding gear.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
