Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 90-day contract with option to extend; schedule varies with 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM expected

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Ensure all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance authorization as required
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, designing functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities
• Participate in student clinical education programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
• Adhere to discipline-specific state practice acts and all applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to complete and maintain all state-mandated continuing education requirements
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and professional standards of conduct
• Ability to work a variable schedule including 2 evening shifts per week until 7:00 PM

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience or clinical background in outpatient orthopedics
• Familiarity with functional quality indicators, outcomes tracking, and performance improvement methodologies
• Experience supervising or mentoring PT students in a clinical setting
