As a Diagnostic Solutions Executive you will partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide a Danaher Diagnostic Solution to our top accounts across the United States. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, delivering a cross‑portfolio offering of diagnostic solutions and business leadership for their accounts. You will define a CXO Account strategy, engage with Operating Company commercial teams and senior executives, coordinate executive business reviews, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will work across Danaher Diagnostic Operating Company commercial teams to gather insights, meet with customers, research public‑domain information, and create an insightful account plan. This plan will guide insight, direction and leadership on the account’s overall health, business and financial goals, and will be used to develop a business strategy that meets the needs of both the hospital network and Danaher Diagnostics. Our goal is to generate growth, market share and brand awareness by creating customized offerings that simplify our customer’s supply chain, build stronger relationships across the industry, and leverage our DBS know‑how to improve their bottom line. You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage global resources. This position is part of a small, nimble sales team that is growth experts in diagnostics, and it is a fully remote role. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound account plan to show why the customer should choose Danaher Diagnostics as their partner of choice. Develop relationships within the C‑suite of select accounts and key stakeholders within each Health System (e.g., Committee Members, Procurement, Medical Directors). Build and lead the strategic YOY business plan within each Health System, incorporating key value drivers for both the customer and Beckman Coulter to drive revenue growth and sustained partnership. Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns, ensuring that each team member understands the needs of the whole value proposition and how their actions tie into the bigger customer partnership. Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure successful installation, go‑live and post‑install maintenance, providing a high‑level view of all activities to ensure the customer receives high‑quality, consistent service and escalating to executive leadership when needed. Partner with Operating Company commercial leadership to align local teams with the overall Health System strategy, and provide indirect coaching/mentoring to commercial associates. Commercial responsibilities include managing funnel velocity, account action plan development and execution, executive‑level selling of OpCo offerings, consolidating OpCo proposals, architecting final solutions, attending executive QBRs, monitoring performance, and developing relationships within the account at the executive level. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s degree (preferably within business or sciences), master’s degree preferred. Twenty plus years of sales experience, with at least fifteen in a hospital or laboratory setting. Proven ability to manage large, complex deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation skills; demonstrated ability to conduct executive‑level presentations clearly and concisely. Customer‑focused mindset. Solid project management skills. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Travel 75% of the time. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Hospital operating financials and healthcare economics. Research. Marketing/Communications. People Management. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team. The base salary range for this role is $230,000 to $270,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
