Maintenance Mechanic

A growing beverage manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, and facility equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related industrial equipment issues. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production goals. Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and other key components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings. Follow OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, food safety requirements, and quality standards. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour. Full-time, 2nd or 3rd shift, direct-hire position. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with a 4% company match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Occasional overtime, weekend, holiday, or on-call work may be required based on production needs. Required Qualifications and Skills Maintain and troubleshoot beverage production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and equipment adjustments. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and facility equipment issues. Partner with production and maintenance teams to improve uptime, equipment reliability, and product quality. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required. Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is required. 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience repairing production machinery and industrial systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Working knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, lockout/tagout procedures, OSHA standards, and food safety requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work around industrial machinery. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and required personal protective equipment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality. Preferred Qualifications Basic electrical troubleshooting experience. Welding, fabrication, cutting, or mechanical repair experience. Experience installing, aligning, and calibrating production machinery. Experience working with motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
