Specialty Our highly experienced clinicians deliver the most up-to-date, comprehensive care in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine. Join our team of highly collaborative, innovative critical care clinicians. The Lehigh Valley Hospital – Pocono ICU is a combined medical and surgical ICU with 24 beds. The Critical Care team here consists of two physicians and two APC providers, and we are looking to add to this team. In the Critical Care ICU at LVH‑Pocono, you will experience: Minimum 1 year of APP experience 12 shifts per month of coverage. Typical shifts are 12 hours currently; the team works well together and has flexibility for 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts. Providers typically work 3 or 4 days consecutively. Flexibility for day vs night coverage Providers will work the day shift initially and work closely with physicians for training. Team ensures even rotation of weekends and holidays. Providers can pick up additional shifts for moonlighting compensation. Call is taken by physicians only. Providers will take part in procedures and will be trained by the Lehigh Valley Physician team.
