Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is a passionate and service-driven leader responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences and bringing energy, innovation, and excellence to every aspect of the guest journey. This individual oversees all food and beverage operations while inspiring and developing teams, driving operational success, and ensuring memorable experiences that reflect the hospitality and standards of Madison Beach Hotel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with guests and team members, and has a talent for balancing elevated service with operational and financial performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet/catering functions • Ensure all guests receive exceptional and personalized service consistent with hotel standards • Lead by example and maintain a visible presence during service periods • Monitor guest feedback and promptly resolve service concerns or issues • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events • Develop and maintain staffing schedules based on business demands and labor goals • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses • Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing of food, beverage, supplies, and operating equipment • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations • Support hotel-wide initiatives and participate in leadership meetings and special projects • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional development Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred • Strong leadership and team development skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations • Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality management software • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: • Competitive compensation • Health and wellness benefits • Paid time off • Employee dining and hotel discounts • Career development opportunities • Supportive and team-oriented work environment Madison Beach Hotel is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
