Professional Dog Trainer : Cleveland, OH

The off‑leash dog training organization is seeking a qualified trainer to join our Columbus, Ohio location. This role involves delivering private lessons, managing 2‑week board‑and‑train programs, editing instructional videos, and handling client communications. Responsibilities Conduct private lessons with clients and their dogs. Oversee 2‑week board and train dogs in a climate‑controlled kennel environment. Edit and produce video content for board and train programs. Manage client calls and emails, providing support and scheduling. Qualifications Motivated, outgoing, and self‑motivated with a strong passion for working with dogs. Excellent interpersonal skills to teach lessons and interact with clients. Ability to house and care for up to two board and train dogs in a 5x10 foot area in the home. Willingness to undergo a 17‑day training and certification program at our Northern Virginia headquarters (training provided at no cost). Compensation & Benefits Full‑time/Contract position with an annual salary range of $40,000.00–$60,000.00. The role may also provide onsite training and certification.
