Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care to a diverse patient population with various cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients in a telemetry unit, ensuring timely intervention for any changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Document patient information in Cerner EHR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide pre and post-operative care for cardiac procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemetry or cardiac care unit.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Familiarity with Life Paks and Zoll equipment.
• Experience with the Cerner EHR system is preferred.
