Evening Facilities & Grounds Technician II

Community, Work & Independence, Inc. is seeking a Building Assistant II to assist with the maintenance and repairs of its facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of grounds, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma and possess skills in cleaning methods, HVAC system understanding, and strong customer relations.
