In this role, you will provide essential rehabilitative services to identify, prevent, and treat acute or prolonged physical dysfunction and pain.Serving a diverse patient population spanning from pediatrics through geriatrics, you will utilize comprehensive evaluations, therapeutic exercises, and advanced physical agents to maximize functional independence and improve overall quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to diagnose physical dysfunctions and establish personalized treatment goals.Therapeutic Intervention: Design and implement evidence-based rehabilitation plans utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and physical/chemical agents.Lifespan Care: Provide age-appropriate, high-quality rehabilitative care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations.Progress Tracking & Documentation: Monitor patient progression, adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated, and maintain accurate, timely electronic medical documentation.Collaborative Support: Partner seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families to maintain continuity of high-quality care.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience:Required: Graduate of a physical therapy program from an accredited school with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or MSPT).Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred, but passionate New Graduates looking to gain versatile PRN experience are highly encouraged to apply!Licensure & Certifications:Required: Must possess and maintain a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois.Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.Compensation & PerksHourly Pay Range: $37.77 – $56.66 / hourCompetitive performance-based incentives.Retirement savings plan with employer matching.A deeply supportive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.The flexibility of a PRN schedule to support your work-life balance.> Compensation Disclaimer: Final pay within the stated range is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific clinical skills.
