Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,548–$2,659 per week Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12) Start date: 10/12/2026 Float pool assignment: may float to MS Tele floors as needed Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients, including continuous telemetry monitoring, vital signs assessment, and medication administration. Identify and respond to changes in patient condition; interpret telemetry strips and intervene for dysrhythmias when needed. Administer prescribed therapies, manage IVs, perform wound care, and assist with mobility and activities of daily living. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, case managers, and other members of the health care team to develop and execute care plans and discharge planning. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record; maintain compliance with policies and patient privacy standards. Float to similar MS Telemetry floors and overflow areas as required to support unit staffing and patient needs. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license (state as applicable) Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam Current AHABLS Certification; ACLS and BLS required Must pass onboarding ECG/Telemetry and medications tests during onboarding (one attempt; passing score 85%; tests administered via Zoom; preparation using client-provided study guide) Willingness to float to like units and overflow areas; ability to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends and holidays as needed Orientation is biweekly Benefits and Support Biweekly orientation sessions to support onboarding Onboarding and credentialing coordination provided Dedicated assignment support from the recruiting team throughout the placement Transparent communication and scheduling assistance during the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
