This role is critical to maintaining uptime across cranes, welding systems, and fabrication equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment, overhead cranes, compressors, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Maintain work orders, inspections, and maintenance records (CMMS) Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements What We Are Looking For Experience working on overhead cranes, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery (press brakes, CNC, rollers, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a production‑driven environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed Ability to work in a shop environment and wear required PPE #J-18808-Ljbffr
