Network Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage network infrastructure projects including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and data center initiatives

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, security teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Oversee design, implementation, and deployment of network solutions

Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery

Provide regular status reports and communicate effectively with leadership

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on networking

Strong knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, routing & switching, VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP

Experience with enterprise network technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and network security solutions

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications

Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent

Experience in large-scale enterprise or global network environments
