About the Role As a Sales & Licensing Associate, you’ll drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns across North America. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with globally recognized virtual talents and leading brands. What You’ll Do Identify and develop new partnership & licensing opportunities Create compelling sales pitches and promotional concepts Collaborate on content execution (streams, videos, campaigns) Manage cross-functional projects across legal, finance, and talent teams Support deal negotiation and execution Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights What We’re Looking For 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development Experience in entertainment, gaming, or digital media Strong project management & stakeholder coordination skills Ability to translate brand goals into creative campaigns Passion for VTubers, anime, or Japanese pop culture Bonus Points: Japanese language skills Existing network in marketing agencies or entertainment industry Experience working with Japanese IP or licensing Compensation & Benefits $70,000 – $90,000 base + bonus Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, Paid Holidays Hybrid work flexibility (with approval) Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Some evenings/weekends as needed) Ready to break into the next generation of entertainment? #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
