Claims Examiner

Focusing on Stop Loss claim reviews for multiple clients, the full-time salaried Claims Examiner will manage client expectations, deliver recommendations, and create reporting documents while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Accountable for delivering recommendations via client claims systems, standardized reporting, and individual claimant worksheets Collaboratively work with clients and colleagues to provide support in all areas of the review process Maintain key performance metrics while conducting claim reviews and reporting findings to clients Required Qualifications Experience within insurance, reinsurance, healthcare claims, or a claims administration environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to review claims, policies, and supporting documentation accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using claims management systems Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
