Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event marketing team to organize and execute various promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and on-site management Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries and requests Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and invitations Manage event registration and maintain attendee database Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential event opportunities Provide post-event reports and analysis, including attendance, feedback, and ROI Stay updated on industry trends and competitor events Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred Relevant experience or internships in event planning, marketing, or promotions is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Must be able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Passion for event planning and executing successful campaigns Why Work for MSI?
