Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities Lead, direct, and manage Pharmacy Staff, including staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and high customer service standards. Patient Safety Pharmacy Professional Practice Regulatory Requirements Quality Assurance Customer Service Personnel Management Inventory Management Financial Profitability & Loss Prevention Workflow Management Key duties include: Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy. Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and team members. Motivate, inspire, and develop pharmacy support staff by assigning tasks that leverage strengths and address development needs. Identify critical business opportunities and implement solutions that drive growth and improve performance. Adapt plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes and align stakeholders with the pharmacy’s purpose. Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed. Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Listed on the pharmacy state license as the "pharmacist in charge". Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree. Work Hours & Compensation Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (or equivalent annual salary). Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
