Location: Hillsborough, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. This role focuses on individualized treatment planning, strong clinical outcomes, and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused therapy services.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Active State Physical Therapist license.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient care and outcomes.
- Open to new graduates (licensed).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive (based on market rates & experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.
