Commercial Credit Analyst

Extension is seeking a Sr. Credit Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information to determine borrower creditworthiness
- Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, and collateral
- Underwrite complex commercial credit transactions
- Partner with commercial loan officers to collect and analyze borrower data, recommend loan structures, identify key questions and additional due diligence needs
- Prepare reports summarizing loan applicants and providing a recommendation to the approving officer/Senior Loan Committee.
- Assist with special projects and administrative/leadership-level tasks
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of credit analysis experience
- Strong background in commercial lending (C&I and CRE)
- Proven ability to handle multi-million-dollar relationships
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
