Learn more at Job Description Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes across the San Diego area and surrounding locations. This role is independent, flexible, and tech‑supported. Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement home‑based PT treatment plans. Document sessions using Luna Auto‑Charting. Use Luna Safety Shield for patient safety. Prescribe and monitor exercises via the Luna app. Coordinate scheduling and logistics with patients and families. Maintain accurate billing and administrative records. Ensure compliance with state licensure and safety standards. Qualifications Valid state PT license. 1+ year of clinical experience in the U.S. Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification. Reliable personal transportation (outside city centers).
