Standard Fiber is seeking an experienced Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead our maintenance team and support the continued operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring our facility operates safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform electrical diagnostics, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.
• Develop, perform, and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate repairs with Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, dock equipment, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and work orders.
• Coordinate outside contractors and specialized service providers.
• Support OSHA compliance, facility safety, and housekeeping initiatives.
• Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures to minimize production downtime.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Five (5) or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with PLCs, industrial controls, drives, and machine communications.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Experience developing or executing preventative maintenance programs.
• Leadership experience supervising or coordinating maintenance personnel.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
